Lifematters Automotives Pvt. Ltd. was founded in June 2022 as Nepal's dedicated electric vehicle distributor. We are members of an automotive cluster, starting from Auto Village Pvt. Ltd., which was formed way back in 2008 from one single service workshop to multiple firms dealing with automotive sales, spare parts, used automobiles, and electric cars.
Our cluster has been functioning in Nepal for over 15 years now, establishing ties in our country. Lifematters Automotives is the natural next chapter — bringing that same depth of experience to the vehicles that will define Nepal's road transport for the next 20 years.
We are headquartered at Baluwatar, Kathmandu, with a service and distribution network at Ratopul, Kalopul, Chabahil, and Buddhanagar. Our group also maintains an auto maintenance workshop in Sharjah, UAE. mobility solutions; and environmentally, through our commitment to zero-emission transport.

Dr. Jaganath Sharma is a public health professional who has a wealth of experience in project management, public communications, and implementing big public health programs in Nepal. Dr. Jaganath Sharma has worked with various government departments, non-governmental organizations, and international organizations where he managed projects worth millions of dollars.
With a Master of Public Health from the University of Melbourne, he brings expertise in crisis and reputation management. He now leads Lifematters Automotives' public communications, stakeholder relations, and strategic engagement - using emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency across the company.
He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from University of Melbourne.
